Rose Rue currently ships within the united states only.
How quickly do orders ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, typically within 2 business days of purchase.
How is shipping charged?
Shipping is added at checkout and is based on the order and shipping destination.
What is your return/exchange policy ?
Rose Rue accepts returns for store credit only. Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all orginial tags attached.
Exchanges are available only if the requested size or item is still in stock. If an exchange is not available, store credit will be issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customers responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or you recieved the wrong item.
